9.0Os 2 quartos de casal são bem espaçosos e confortáveis, além disso a localização é excelente. Esquecemos as chaves dentro do apartamento e no último dia a energia caiu quase meia noite. Nas duas situações tive atendimento e suporte super rápidos, com os problemas resolvidos em menos de 1h.
− Para 6 pessoas, a acomodação não é tão confortável. O quarto com 2 camas de solteiro é apertado, com pouca ventilação e baixíssima luz natural. Imagino que dormir lá em época de calor, deve ser bem ruim.

House Rules:
- Please complete online check-in within 24 hours before arrival using the link sent with your booking confirmation and proceed with entering the required data (including guest identification documents) and signing the lease.

- Check-in starts at 3.00 pm and will be managed remotely by Venicevillas, which will provide all the information necessary to recover the keys. It is possible to enter independently at any time, with flexibility and without stress. Our assistance will be available until 10pm; thereafter, contact us only in cases of urgency.
- No payment will be required upon arrival, however you will need to enter a credit or debit card in the online check-in form, preferably the same one used to pay for the booking. The sum of €100 will be pre-authorized for the security deposit. There will be no charge and the pre-authorization will be canceled 48 hours after departure, unless damage is detected. In this case, you will still be notified.
