Sa situation par rapport à l embarcadère Arsenal - à la Biennale - à la Pietà -et la place St Marco . entre 10mn et un quart d heure. Appartement plutôt bien agencé, idéal en solo ou en duo.

− Par contre ce qui peut être un inconvénientL L appartement est très sombre en rez de chaussée dans une ruelle typique très étroite . une odeur pas très agréable .il serait utile d y trouver des huiles essentielles pour contrebalancer cette odeur

De locatie van het appartement.

− Een grote en een kleine handdoek is een beetje weinig voor 6 nachten,. Keukendoeken ontbraken geheel. Het bed was slecht, zacht en erg laag. Het was aan één zijde van het bed zelfs onmogelijk om er te staan, dus dat is kruipen om er in of er uit te komen. De slaapkamer en badkamer grenzen aan het tuinterras van een restaurant. Iedere avond drong een onaangename geur hetappartement in en dat was met dichte ramen vanwege het tuinterras en een niet werkende airco niet zo prettig. Dat je, op straffe van een boete, zelf het afval van je verblijf moet afvoeren is ook een beetje bijzonder.

Sehr ruhig, super Lage und Preis

Für einen bienale-Besuch aufgrund der Lage gut geeignet.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar.

− Es war leider nicht so gründlich geputzt im Raum (Staubig und der Boden war nicht gewischt). Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung an kochutensilien könnte verbessert werden. Wir haben z.B. kein Schneidebrett gefunden. Das Bügelbrett war leider kaputt.

Rez de chaussée équipé, bon emplacement.

− Aucun accueil ni contact avec le propriétaire, ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à ouvrir le loquet pour avoir les clés, une dame de l'agence est venue 2 heures après pour régler le wifi qui ne marchait pas ni le chauffage.. local froid et sombre. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Great place to stay in good location in Venice

A big reason we booked here was because it had a washer and dryer, so we could do our clothes in the middle of our trip, but it was the best accommodations we had in the 4 cities we went to. The location was great and the apartment had basically everything we needed. It was a good size, clean and quiet, while only 2-3 minutes' walk from the south waterfront and the Arsenale vaporetto stop, as well as from the docks where our Murano/Burano tour left from. The bed is actually a queen size mattress, which was nice, not 2 twins pushed together like a couple other places we stayed. I learned you have to ask if the beds have a queen mattress, not ask if it is a queen bed, which some places will say twin mattresses with queen-size sheets are. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a few grocery stores as well, where we bought some basics for breakfasts. The check-in was remote, but went smoothly. Thank you for a great place to stay.

− The only thing I would say is that it was simpler to just buy the vaporetto passes on the boat than buying tickets through the link in the information they provided, then having to go to another station along the docks to get passes. Just find out which dock goes to Arsenale, get on that vaporetto, and you can pay on board.
