− Lots of little broken things. Broken bedroom door, loose toilet paper holder so toilet paper wouldn't stay on, several lights didn't work or were burned out, kitchen utensils were broken, only one TV remote for two TVs on different floors, and there was not a single butter knife in the kitchen and only two real coffee mugs. There was a bat in the laundry room that almost flew into my hair and scared me half to death, so we didn't feel safe using the washer and dryer. You couldn't unlock the upstairs entry where you parked, so you had to carry everything down and then upstairs, which was really frustrating. For how expensive the house was, I expected better.
Nice house with great view
6.0Lovely location on high-bank waterfront overlooking the sound (no beach access). Comfortable common areas and large well-equipped kitchen.
− Overwhelming scent of cleaning solution/air freshener. Main floor bath: lacked soap, lights were burned out, door hinges desperately need oil. There was a very annoying intermittent beeping. Although I requested assistance to figure the source, I ended up spending several hours tracking it down.
