4.0When you make a reservation here through Expedia, the hotel does not honor it. They will contact you through what’s up and ask for zelle payment. If you don’t send them the money via Zelle they will threaten to cancel your reservation even if you make them aware you will be arriving they will ask you to arrive before 4 pm or they will cancel your reservations. The experience was very stressful especially when you are going on vacation to relax. Also, hotel is under construction the price does not reflect this.
