Worst experice ever in San Miguel left sick
1.0The architecture could be amazing, master bedroom Closet
− The place was very dirty, hair on sheets, used towels, stains, smelly. And over priced! The washer/dryer was broken as was the tub/shower when we arrived. Next day they provided cleaning and fixed shower. Ten days and they never got working the wifi for the TVs. No amenities not even toilet paper or coffee were provided or restocked. I purchased cotton sheets and towels and had the staff help me clean them once. It’s very far away from town and unless you want to live in Sma maybe this is an okay neighborhood buts it’s cut off from anything. It was a fake staged home that had major construction going on and around the property 7 days a week. That was interesting to watch at least. Very noisey. Polyester sheets. Charged $500 daily for cleaning but they don’t do good cleaning so not worth paying since they won’t provide washer dryer hot water in the sink in kitchen real clean purified water or vacuum. On the day before we left they fixed the hot tub. Didn’t feel like siding it by then.
Weird and confusing place with a nice room.

− No maid service or drinking water. No instructions on how to get to hotel. Hotel name listed on booking.com didn't get me to the right place. No advanced instructions at all about where to check in and have taxi stop. Very frustrating.
