CEILING LEAK AND ELECTRICITY FAILURE
1.0The host Barbara was exceptionally helpful and guided us everything in detail about Venice, the best host.
− Air condition of the big bedroom was leaking the water from ceiling to floor in the middle of two bathrooms doirs. This issue was known and but neither fully fixed nor mentioned before renting. It create smell in the property and slip hazard. The other issue is that electricity failure aporeantly occured in Venice again not mentioned. The problem is that power failure trips the circuit breaker off which is located in the ground floor so we had to go in the night two floors down to reset circuit breaker to resume power in the apartment. Nuisance! No place for toliteries in one of the shower cube. Overall property needs renovation many small item to fix or repair.

9.0Все было очееь хорошо.Нас встретила Барбара,очнь отзывчивая,готовая помочь.Провела инстркетаж.:где поужинать,где погулять и т.д.Квартира в очень хорошем районе,всё в пешей доступрости:историчнские месьп и магазины.Плюсов конесно много ,но есть и минусы.Наш поезд отменили,пришлось менять всё,поэтому наш заезд попал на вечер.Нам сообщиди,чоо мы должны заплать 50 евро ,если заедем после 8..При бронировании мы нн столкнулись с такими условиями.После в однрй из комнат висело грязное чужое полотенце,а нашей спальне за дверями юыл пучок черных волос,и не понравилось,что всё кастрюли и сковородки поцарапаны.,не было дополнительных пакетов для мусора и таблеток ддя стирки.,не было губки для мытья посуды.Видно,что уборщица убирает квартиру через раз и во всём этом есть большой + -это БАРБАРА. Обидно,что приехали поздно и выехали рано,нам саазали в 10 уже выйти.
