3.0− The apartment was clean and overall okay, but not very well equipped for four people. There was only one small bottle of shower gel and a single toilet paper roll provided for four people, which wasn’t enough. No usable mop was available either. The terrace shown in the pictures is actually shared with the entire building, which wasn’t clear in the listing. Also, the apartment is quite noisy—you can hear everything from the rest of the building. The water drain in the bathroom wasn’t working properly and caused a bit of flooding. With a few improvements, the stay could be much more comfortable.

− Lots of stairs. The balcony is up a further 3 flights of stairs. Be careful of the bathroom flooding while showering - water spills out to the hallway. Starter pack is very basic - 1 washing up tablet, no drying cloth (tea towel) and no coffee.

3.0− Keys were a 30 minute walk away. There should be a Dropbox with the keys at the property. No electricity when we arrived. No one picked up the phone from the office. We had to locate the fuse box and fix ourselves. Not great. You should also specify that the terrace is not connected to the flat itself. You have mis-advertised
