It was an amazing stay, couldn’t be better.

The property is located in a quiet small town of Nesso that is 30min away from Bellagio and 30 mins away from Como town. Its a perfect place to base for few days. The view from the balcony and bedroom is breath-taking. The kitchen had all the necessities and made cooking very easy for us. They provide some toys for kids to play with which was very thought-full. A piano in the lounge was a big plus. The owner of the property, Barbara, went extra miles to make our stay very comfortable and provided us with some last minute supplies we needed. There is a small grocery store nearby.

− Nothing except the road to the property is very narrow making it very difficult for big cars to pass.

The host, Barbara, was fantastic. Very welcoming, service minded and she had truly paid attention to all the details. We received a welcome basket with, among other things, fresh tomatoes and basil from the garden and it tasted fantastic! And the sweet neighbour, Carlo, that was at hand at any time to help, made sure we got more tomatoes during our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and in the fridge she had prepared with water and milk. It felt like being spoiled at a 5 star hotel even though it was an apartment. The apartment was really clean, modern, spacious and with the most fantastic view over the lake.

− If you want to go for a swim in the lake, prepare yourself for a nice long walk down the hill, and up again.

Fijn en luxe appartement wat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Een mandje met allerlei lekkers als welkom. Een fantastisch uitzicht over meer. Contact met de gastvrouw Barbara was ook super. Allerlei tips gekregen en ook nog groentes uit de tuin van haar vader. Een echte aanrader! De weg er naartoe is inderdaad smal, maar prima te doen (VW ID4).

It was an absolute dream celebrating my daughters 30th here. The location was magic and Nesso was beautiful quieter than some spots on the lake which we loved. Barbara, Carlo and Giovanna were attentive and a welcome hamper and veggies from the garden were a lovely touch.

Было просто великолепно, удобства прекрасные, забота хозяев Карла и Барбары очень тронули. Имеется огромнейший балкон с прекрасным видом на озеро при желании можно спуститься на нижний ярус оборудованны шезлонгами и там с прекрасным видом на озеро . Дорога совсем не узкая любая большая машина проедет на ура ется огромная стоянка лучше заезжать реверсом.

The location was unique in Nesso between Como and Belajio. The apartment was very clean and well furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances. The owner was very professional and cooperative. Thank you Barbara for your lovely warm welcoming 🌹
