Nagyon szép helyen van, de autóval megközelíthetetlen!

− Ugyan a szállás ajánlott 3 parkolót is a közelben, csak nyáron LEHETETLEN parkolni a környéken. 2,5óra parkoló keresés után se tudott a szállásadó értelmes megoldást ajánlani arra, hogy mi ugyan szeretnénk elfoglalni a szállást, de az lehetetlen. Már az ott lakókhoz csengettünk be segítségért, akik nagyon kedvesek voltak ugyan, de parkolóban nem tudtak segíteni. Végül a szállástól nagyon messzire, fent a castellonál találtunk egy parkolót, ahonnan másnap reggel el kellett állnunk, piac miatt. Reggel fél 6-kor találtunk egy másik parkolót. A teraszon este egér szaladt át a lábunk alatt, erre az volt a válasz, hogy a természetben van a szállás. Mi erdő közelében lakunk, mégsem futkároznak az egerek a teraszunkon. Óriási csalódás volt a szállás is, és a Como-i tó is. Nagyon zsúfolt, és ezt nem tudják kezelni.

Najlepsze miejsce w jakim kiedykolwiek byliśmy! Widok z tarasów (bo są aż dwa!) obłędny! 😍 Dom z duszą i z historią. Z każdego pokoju widok na jezioro♥️ Bardzo czysto, bardzo wygodnie. Nie wiem czy jeszcze kiedykolwiek znajdziemy tak spektakularny pobyt🙈 Polecam! 10/10!!!!!♥️

Beautiful and literally hanging over the lake. Great to swim and watch others doing same. Great ferry connections at doorstep. Very large apartment with massive roof top terrace.

− We drove. Road in is not easy to drive. Path from carpark to apartment is long and difficult to traverse with luggage, but worth it once arrived. Nesso small and not a lot of amenity.

Rustic and remote, but gorgeous location if you know what to expect

After I booked this, the rating kept getting lower (7.2 by the time of my stay) and I was really concerned. However, I think this place is a great option *if you know what you’re getting into.* Here’s my input, in hopes it helps future travelers: What you’re getting: an extremely authentic, rustic, dated Italian apartment with STUNNING views of the Nesso bridge, waterfall, and “beach.” Our boat driver called it “the best place in Nesso.” It will feel like you’re in a real Italian home, not an IKEA draped AirBNB. It will be a 5-10 minute walk (with stairs) to get to/from the apartment - manageable, but definitely made more difficult with luggage, at night, or in the rain. None of this can be helped, so mentally prepare yourself for “rustic” and plenty of walking in advance. Also, there isn’t a lot you can walk to in Nesso - one coffee shop with dodgy adherence to their stated hours, a restaurant, and a pharmacy. Highly advise a rental car, as the ferries are infrequent, crowded, and may take a long time to get where you want to go. Again, not something that can be alleviated by the property, just something to take into consideration. Pros: * Views, views, views. The terrace is like something out of a fairy tale. You overlook the best spots in Nesso. * Spacious, with plenty of room in the bedrooms and common areas. * Outdoor shower on the terrace, which was amazing (and which I don’t remember being advertised) * Two balconies * Excellent communication from the property manager before and during the stay. * Falling asleep to the sound of the waterfall was amazing.

− Cons * Cobwebs and mold on several walls, which is a hazard of being a property on the water with the windows almost continuously open. * The bathroom is in DESPERATE need of a total overhaul. If I had seen pictures of it beforehand, I would not have booked (which I would have regretted). That said, it’s about 3 decades overdue for an overhaul, and is in poor condition.
