10.0We loved the convenience of the location. It was so easy to get anywhere. The restaurants were great too. Loved the Grand Canyon, but Walnut Canyon was spectacular. The house provided safe refuge for our whole family of 6. The only thing we didn't care for was no AC but the very cool Flagstaff nights provided ample coolness and we closed everything up during the day, so it was not an issue. Great property. Everything we needed for a great Family vacation. Great Host

10.0The Holland property worked perfectly for our vacation. The space was well sorted, allowing space for us and our 3 kids. The only note I'll make is that the driveway is funky - so amyone staying should be aware that a lower vehicle may have difficulty getting in & out.

10.0Overall great property - some minor items small shower near front door was odd but there was a second one in one of the bedrooms if you really want privacy - overall very nice , modern property - plenty of space

8.0Relaxing stay in quiet neighborhood. Needs a good spring cleaning and a number of repairs (open sheetrock, broken curtain rod, loose bath fixtures, etc). We overall enjoyed our stay.

10.0Enjoyable stay in a safe and quiet area. Property management were responsive and quick to answer questions and resolve any issues. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
