2.0No puedo opinar nada del hotel dado que no se ocupo la reservacion. La plataforma regularmente ayuda y los hoteles permiten cambiar o cancelar reservas, y el hotel en cuestión por políticas que no se ven en la plataforma no permitió hacer cambios de fecha, solicitaría respetuosamente lo consideren pertinente, dado que por salud y cuidados extremos no fue posible. Lo normal es perder la reservacion, pero en este tipo de servicios seria oportuno haya flexibilidad para atender con humanismo a quien reserva. Yo solo tramite cambio de fecha, y nunca hubo respuesta ni para bien ni para mal. Solicitarianque el hotel sean mas atentos a las necesidades del usuario.

10.0Excelente hotel, 100% recomendado, su personal muy atento y amable. Disfrutamos la alberca, el horario me pareció excelente. Muy tranquilo para descansar.
Best hotel and breakfast in town
10.0I live this hotel it was so clean and calm! The personal space is so nice and comfortable, there were different “hamacas” around the hotel and some coffe bars in there too! Definitely I going to go back and visit again Bacalar and this hotel! Also the breakfast was great and so fresh!

10.0Todo bien únicamente que su ubicación si está muy alejada del céntrito. Otro su desayuno podría mejorar aunque está bien.
