Ice machine did not work on 2nd floor (3rd floor ice machine worked) - Hallway carpet and walls a bit dirty and worn. The actual room was very clean and had plenty of towels, very nice. A really great location and price was reasonable.

It was clean and comfortable. Overall, we liked the place and if wanted to go around there will reserve this place again. The missing pieces were in cleaning, but not serious. We saw some dog hair in the kitchen and on the remote controls. It seems previous guests had dogs and in cleaning process its hairs weren’t removed perfectly.

The location was perfect with just a short walk to the gondola. The room was nicely decorated and had very comfortable beds. We were surprized that we could not lock the door to the balcony. There were dozens of tea bags, but no coffee pads for the coffee maker and the village store did not have them. It would help to get information about the specific coffee maker before arrival. More specific information about the location of the parking spot would help. The arrival instructions were general and mentioned a heater thermostat, dish washer, washer, which were all not there. I also doubt that the condo was really 1000 sqft, as I estimate 600 sqft maximum.
