2.0None of the pictures on the ads matched the apartment. The address on the ad was a complete different address, when I arrived at the location I was told by the host to go to a different address over the phone, about 15 min drive away from the address on listing, again a complete different location. It was extremely skeptical. I decided not to stay, due to safety issues, the whole experience seemed completely off, the place I was being placed in was not the place I rented on Expedia. This is the first time I write a bad review on a rental stay.

2.0Don’t stay there. Place doesn’t have any ac or heather. Tijuana gets cold and because of the type of construction it’s colder in the inside of the apartment than the outside. OWNERS ARE VERY RUDE, they took my money and because of the cold conditions they didn’t refund. THATS WHY THEY CHARGE CASH!! DONT STAY THERE!!!! BEWARE!!!

4.0Owner called me to complain about running over trash bags in the middle of the street and asked me why I didn’t pick it up. There must have been a party at all hours in the apartment below and could barely sleep.

10.0I has a great comfortable stay here, will definitely bw coming back, altough if you want the apartment with the balcony make sure to specify that when booking, since not all apartments have a balcony

8.0The department was great, the private parking excelent, but it’s not in Playas, is like 8 minutes from Playas de Tijuana I rented because it said that it was in Playas, other than that everything is ok
