2.0Unfortunately our stay here was a nightmare. After spending thousands of dollars and blown away from the pictures on the site, this place was no where near what they advertised. The beach is non existent - you won’t be able to have a beach day here. The water is brown and dirty. My 5 year old got hurt in the theater and it took 20 minutes for somebody to come to help. She had a very bad deep cut and finally the LIFEGUARD came inside the resort to bandage it up. It was really scary the lack of medical help on staff. Our 2nd day we were sick and throwing up - I’m not sure if it was from the food or the water or what. Our room was very clean and nice but other than that I wouldn’t waste your money here. The amenities were not what they make it. We had to leave due to my 5 year olds injury and no refund was offered
