We had standing time at Solaz! Josue and Benjamin made the trip so enjoyable. They helped with all our needs and were great with the kids. The pool was so nice the food was great and our kids had a blast meeting other kids at the kids club and by the pool. The resort was beautiful and our two bedroom room was just perfect for us to share

We had an awesome experience at Solaz today thanks to Santiago! He was incredibly attentive the entire time, always checking and making sure we had everything we needed 🍹 I want to learn Spanish, so he was super encouraging when we tried practicing our Spanish—he was patient, friendly, and helped us learn a few things along the way instead of immediately switching to English. He made us feel welcome and comfortable, and his great attitude made our day by the pool perfect. We’ve purchased day passes at a few resorts in the area and all the staff have been great, but Santiago was our favorite because of how he made us feel during our stay. All the staff at Solaz were great too (shoutout to Luis as well), but if you get Santiago, you’re going to have a great time. When you’re traveling to a new place, it makes a huge difference when you have people who are welcoming and make your vacation special. That was definitely Santiago. ¡Muchas gracias amigo! 🙏🏻

We had a great day, was only two days but service, room and everything was great. Im titanium with Marriott and they gave us a great suit. If want to relax with out a lot of crowds and easy pool access this is the place

We just returned from a truly wonderful stay at Solaz. From check-in to checkout—and everything in between—we received exceptional service and a level of hospitality that was truly remarkable. Sarai checked us in and graciously allowed us to view our room before completing the check-in process. We were hoping for a room with a great view, and she went above and beyond to help. She also confirmed that an upgraded room would become available after a few days, and we were incredibly grateful for the accommodation. Our butler, Benjamin, was instrumental in making our stay seamless. He assisted with restaurant reservations, coordinated our move to the upgraded room, arranged transportation, and handled countless details throughout our trip. Octavio was equally wonderful, helping us each evening with transportation to the Uber pickup area and ensuring we returned comfortably to our room. The dining experiences were also excellent. Special thanks to Wendy at Mako and Ares at Sakagura for their outstanding service. We also appreciated the attentive pool staff, as well as the entire spa team and therapists, who made our experience especially relaxing and memorable. Thank you to everyone at Solaz for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful property. After a small misunderstanding at check in we were introduced to our butler Rafael who was truly wonderful. He really went out of his way to help us celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Rafael and Angelina were great in the end and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thx again Solaz and Staff!
