10.0I checked in late and they left a packet with my key out for me. I stayed in a studio with kitchenette and had everything I needed. The lakeside sauna was a nice bonus.

8.0Room was clean and comfortable. Sauna was fun. More lights on walkway would be great, and a safety bar in the shower. Bed, too was awesome. And, I loved the table and chairs in the room.

8.0This is an old resort but typical for the area. The room was comfortable but electric outlets were not accessible, shade didn’t come down all the way (would be nice to have top down shade for lake view without being on display), paper thin walls (but people were reasonably quiet). Nice to have fridge and microwave. Staff were friendly.

10.0Our trip to Thomsonite was very good. There are only one recommendation we have for Room #11. Please add some lighting, either above the coffee pot and fridge, or add some lighting to the table/chairs "eating" area. It was very cloudy and rainy most of the weekend and when we were eating breakfast, making coffee, or playing a game, we wished there was more lighting available. We ended up moving the lamp between the two comfy chairs but then we'd need to move it back. M&M

10.0Very beautiful area with spacious rooms ans the moat kind staff. We regret only staaying 2 nights as it was just perfect for our group.
