2.0Muy decepcionante para un hotel que se anuncia como 4 estrellas El lugar estaba sucio y la limpieza diaria fue muy deficiente. Las toallas de playa tenían mal olor, los cócteles eran horribles y el desayuno bastante austero. Lo más grave es que no hay un manager o encargado disponible para atender reclamos; el personal simplemente dice que no puede hacer nada. No corresponde en absoluto al nivel de un hotel de 4 estrellas. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

10.0This is a beautiful resort to stay in. The accommodation is modern, clean and quiet. We absolutely loved our stay here and were sorry to leave. The staff were friendly and helpful - a big shout out to the two guys on reception, they were especially enthusiastic and happy to assist with all our questions. The resort is far enough away from the main road so you don't hear any noise but in walking distance of everything. Would stay here again without a doubt. Great choices for breakfast and the pool was lovely.
