8.0Beautiful resort for a young family with small kids. Clean rooms and friendly staff, breakfast was beautiful but the pool was too small and cold

10.0This was hands down one of the BEST resorts I’ve ever stayed at! My girls and I enjoyed every minute! From the GOOD FOOD, to the awesome accommodation for both adults & kids, this place is AMAZING! Not one bad word to say. Oh yea & the staff are extremely polite and ready to help you in any way! Book now, you will not regret it.

2.0The only reason we booked into this hotel was for the kids pool and kids slides. We were told when booking that they would be freshly renovated before our arrival however this was not the case the kids pool and all the slides was closed. The room we were given back into the pool bar and the pool Access also doubled up as common access for everyone which made our front balcony incredibly busy. Dirty nappies on the floor around the pool. We asked if we could pay to stay for one night then get the refund on the remaining nights but were declined by the manager who never came out to speak to us face-to-face. The room smelt, the sheets were really dirty. Awful. Start to our holiday thankfully we move to a much better hotel.
