4.0They charge you for dirty towels and bedsheets! This is appalling as house keeping are supposed to clean these unless they use them for the next customer which would be disgusting. Will not be staying here again
We had a great time in Arch Hotel Phuket
10.0We had a wonderful time in Arch hotel Phuket perfectly located away from the hustle bustle of Phuket main city. Just few km away from old town Phuket. The food and rooms are perfect and the staff is wonderful. Would love to come back again. Best was the perfect manager and held us with everything. Would recommend this to all our followers on social media.
