So relaxing, huge apartments, lovely staff.
10.0We loved it here. The staff are so nice and accommodating. It has a very relaxed feel to it. The apartments are huge and very comfortable beds. The location is great and so easy to get around with the resort shuttle bus which my kids loved taking. The pool is fun for kids. The kids loved walking to each others apartments through the garden. Breakfast is amazing, so relaxing. I loved the hanging plants, relaxing music and great coffee. We will definitely be back.
− The bathrooms and in particular the bath tubs could really use some attention. The kitchen also. This would elevate the hotel hugely. The price is very fair for what you get.

9.0הנוף, הנדנדה על הדשא עם השחמט והצמחייה בגינה פשוט אטרקציה, יש שם גם לטאת כוח בלגונה, מהמם. הילדים עפו על המגלשה והכדורסל בבריכה. הארוחת בוקר ידידותית לילדים, יש שם מכונת פנקייקים, דונאטס צבעוניים, ואפילו היה דונאטס מונדיאל. צוות המטבח זריז ומהיר, מבין אנגלית היטב ושירותי. אפשר להזמין grab ולאכול ליד הבריכה! פלוס רציני! יש שירותי Bolt מהירים האוכל במלון במסעדה ממש טעים הארוחת בוקר מאוד מגוונת, יש ירקות פירות מתחלפים, גם מה שנראה שחסר מביאים מהמטבח, המון אנשי צוות במטבח. יש חדר כושר פתוח 24/7 הבריכה נסגרת ב20:00 שזה מהמם יש מגבות בריכה בכל חדר, ואפשר לקחת גם בבריכה עצמה, אין בעיה עם זה בכלל, להפך! יש להם שם ציוד בריכה בסיסי למכירה ממש על הבריכה למי ששכח גלגל סנוקר צמוד למסעדה 30thb למשחק לקחנו חדרים עם דלת מקשרת, אז חדר אחד היה מקרר חלש ובלי מטבח, אמבטיה וחדרים עצמם בסטנדרט מערבי, מזגנים חזקים, מיטות נוחות, מלא כריות, חלוקי אמבטיה יוקרתיים, נעלי אצבע, מגבות אמבטיה ובריכה, ואפילו מברשות שיניים, משחות קיסמי אוזניים וכו׳ הדירה השניה היתה מאובזרת לרמת הקולפן, כיריים חשמליים לבישול, סירים, וכל מה שצריך כדי להרים ארוחה בכל חדר חיכו בקבוקי מים רבים יש גם ג׳ימבורי בחדר אוכל לקטנטנים ממש מקום קסום !
− צריך להיזהר בבריכה, יש שם מרצפות לא שבורות אך חדות (לא מפולסות) וזה מכאיב ברגליים, מכיוון שהיא נמוכה (כולה 1.20 במקסימום) אולי קצת מוגזם עם חומרי הכלור, הגוף שרף לכולנו כמעט העור, אחרי 6 לילות שם (למרות שאין ריח של כלור והבריכה נראית נהדר, לא ברור) רוב המסעדות בקרבת המלון כולל המלון יקרות ביחס לתאילנד, בכללי זה איזור היוקרה של פוקט אז מחירים בהתאם. יתושים ומלא חרקים, שממיות גם למי שמפחד (גם בתוך החדר, לנו זה לא הפריע, קטנטנות), צריך בגדים ארוכים כדי לשבת בחוץ בלילה..

10.0We loved our stay! The rooms are big, the food is amazing (great selection of breakfast foods, too), close to shops, and a shuttle to take you to the shops or beach. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Having lounge chairs outside our rooms was a nice touch as well, along with chairs and a table.
