10.0− Pouca disponibilidade de água no quarto, somente uma garrafa ao dia. Eles cobram a mais por ela se vc pedir no telefone. Por ser um hotel 5 estrelas isso deixou a desejar. Até porque ate em hotéis de categorias inferiores a água é disponibilizada sem custo. No mais tudo perfeito! O quarto de hotel mais escuro que ja fiquei em minha vida. Adorei! Recomendo a todos!
