Great location and decent value, however a little underwhelmed with the room and service.

− Smaller room than expected and booked. Also I'd made an error in the booking and had only booked for 1 guest so had to pay the supplement for the 2nd person, which was fine, however once paid and checked in we were informed the room in the Glam we were to have couldn't be accessed due to a broken handle and were given a smaller and less well appointed room on another floor. Our room wasn't ready on the 2nd day and by the time it was on the 3rd and final night of our stay we were out sightseeing and it was of little point moving. A little bit disappointing overall and could have been handled better at check in.

− Нет вытяжки в туалете или окна...ничего. простейший номер. Окна в окна соседей. Балкона или терассы Нет, хоть в поиске написано что есть. Слышно соседей как будто стены из бумаги.
