8.0My wife stayed at the hotel for a conference which happened to coincide with her birthday. Soraya Picazio organized an extraordinary surprise at her room, consisting of champagne, flowers, balloons and birthday cake. Wow. Thank you!

1.0The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We are absolutely furious and deeply dissatisfied with our experience at the Radisson Collection in Rome. The rooms and interior design were dreadful, but the staff’s behaviour was by far the most unacceptable part of our stay. We asked the doorman to arrange a taxi and were told it would arrive in eight minutes. After waiting fifteen minutes, we asked for an update. He laughed in our faces and told us to wait another eight minutes. Instead of apologising or offering any assistance, he behaved arrogantly, spoke to us in Italian, and laughed while saying he would not speak English to us. The delay itself was frustrating, but being openly mocked and treated with such disrespect was absolutely outrageous. No guest should ever be treated this way, especially at a hotel that presents itself as a luxury property. This experience was appalling. Management should take this complaint seriously and address the doorman’s conduct. We left feeling angry, insulted, and thoroughly disappointed. We would never return and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere.
