Spacious and very clean. Good decor and thoughtful with family games, books, and even a couple stuffed animals. Very well-equipped kitchen. Couple sets of blinds missing, so no privacy in one bedroom or livingroom. Listing says heated pool. That is not true. There is a regular pool and a hot tub, but could not use hot tub one day as pool cleaners on site and they drained it-maybe schedule that in the middle of the week, not on a weekend. We arrived after hours (9:30pm) and the door code we were given did not work and the parking spot we were told to use was full of construction debris, so could not park bear our unit. None of the pre-arrival texts or emails we got included an after hours phone number. We had to hunt internet to find property management company and call emergency line. Person who answered gave us the same door code that did not work and had to search for an emergency entrance code which finslly worked. When we called back to report unusable parking spot, got answering service who took a message, but said they couldn't do anything but take the message. We couldn't get into the unit until an hour after arrival. Next morning, got two different texts/emails with different door codes, but no call or offer to make up for fiasco upon arrival. Construction debris in parking spot was moved by 9am the morning after arrival. Management company texted and said they had no idea HOA was doing constrution. All of this made for very frustrating intro to the property.

Short stay but great time. Family trip to relax and enjoy summer and the property did exactly that.

Overall, the condition of the apartment is good, except for the smell of mold.

Had an amazing weekend with the family. Everything was clean and had fun at the beach. Only downside is the stay was only 2 nights…. Hoping to stay longer the next time.
