Accommodations were minimal but all i needed. If a property is noted as an efficiency it should have a sink n cooktop, not a shared area with neither. There was a charge discrepancy with Red Awning THAT WAS PROMISED AND NEVER REFUNDED. I won't deal with them again. Elevator in building worked sometimes with me getting trapped in it one morning for nearly an hour with little to no help from Coastal Vacations Properties office....gentleman asked me if i tried the DOOR OPEN button like I've never been on an elevator before. I'M NOT A BUMPKIN FROM NEBRASKA. Emergency call button also didn't work. Luckily i had my cell and building management called FD and i was extracted...god bless em. ELEVATOR WAS NEVER MARKED WITH OUT OF ORDER SIGNAGE AFTER THIS. My overall message is i will never deal or vacation with Hotels.com, Red Awning (liars), or Coastal Vacations Properties again. I urge anyone reading this review to choose wisely as the cheapest deal is not the way to go. A little more money will pay off in the end as to how well you will be treated and RESPECTED. My advice is book somewhere else.
