We loved it there

Nice but rat traps are from frightening.

It looked nice BUT I did see rat trap boxes on every floor.

− Knowing there were rats on the property. We never figured out how to use the tv. It would have been nice to have a guide book in the room with instructions on how to use the multiple remotes in the living room and bedroom.

Disappointing

The condo as always was nice and clean, and very thankful the building was strong enough to keep us safe during the hurricane 🌀

− When we got there we had not received any notice of how to get into the condo, this was Sunday evening about 6pm , it took us an hour of contacting people to get in. Well little did we know hurricane Milton was going to hit in Ormond beach. We did not have the necessary items to go to a shelter. So we stayed at the condo through the storm. We lost power along with everyone else, we had 4 days no power, nothing could open, we had to throw away lots of groceries. So on Saturday we decided to pack up and go home .

I would book The Bent Palm again. I had a very relaxing 2 weeks

Very close to the beach - didn’t have to cross a street since there was direct access. The property was well maintained and the pool was wonderful and had a view of the ocean

− The kitchen was fine since I was alone - but keep in mind that it would be small for more people. But it was well equipped
