Incredible beach spot with clean, white, soft sand and blue waters right outside (especially outside the pool villas). Nice interior decor, good air conditioning and a big bathroom with three showers and a big jacuzzi tub. The best part of any pool villa is of course its private pool facing the beach, long enough to swim laps, seriously! Fully stocked, partially free minibar, kitchenette, safe and an elegant mosquito net above the bed. Friendly and helpful staff and a free shuttle to the “walking” street 800 m away. Good beach restaurant on premises with pleasant evening entertainment and nice atmosphere. The place is not cheap, but worth every baht, if you stay in one of the pool villas. Long-tail boats are few and far between in this part of Sunrise Beach. We are grateful to the entire staff, but our special thanks go to a smiling receptionist Chanikan for her friendly attitude, patience and assistance with our various needs. A minor drawback would include of people from other resorts parading right in front of the first-row villas, especially later in the day and before sunset (view and the beach are unquestionably best on the island), snapping pictures, enviously peeking into hotel’s private pools and sometimes trespassing in search for instagrammable photo opps. Hotel security is sharp and usually react quickly, but sometimes even legitimate residents of adjacent villas take shortcuts and come too close for comfort. I guess, the price for a million-dollar location and a beach-facing pool is the relative lack of privacy in the front row. It is worth noting that only pool villas have great views.

Avoid, no customer care at all

Avoid as this establishment places no value on client/ potential client relationship or service. They are only interested and focused on ripping off their clients, and money is their only king. I had a reservation cancellable on 8th of April, 3 weeks before the actual date of booking. They've charged my card for the full cost, over 2000 eur, on the early night hours of April 8th. I notified them just a couple of hours later, same day, that unfortunately we can not make the trip and kindly ask that they allow the cancellation, with a reasonable penalty (first night let's say, but not full amount). They completely refused and did not offer any other solutiom which would have qualified as customer oriented...let's say a voucher for a future stay, at least for part of the money. No, they kept 2250 EUR, for a reservation which was cancelled 3 weeks before, on the date of the cancellation deadline. This i have never encountered in a premium resort before... I would say this says a lot about the quality of service and customer orientation of this resort.

Koh Lipe luxury

We only stayed for a short amount of time but loved every minute of it. The island is beautiful, the villas and hotel are luxury and spacious and beautifully placed for sunset. The resort staff were also extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would stay again.

WONDERFUL Small luxury resort in the word

It is a stunningly beautiful resort. The sea is beautiful and naturally turquoise all the time. The atmosphere is quiet, really suitable for relaxing. It's like being in another world that is peaceful and recharges your mind. Lovely staff, good service, even though some people can't communicate well in English. But they have excellent physical communication. The managers seem friendly and provide service as if we were part of the family. Beautiful rooms, there is a swimming pool next to the sea, very close. It's a small resort. But it's truly a luxury in itself. Koh Lipe also has a walking street for tourists to see the perfect entertainment. Not as impressive as big tourist cities. with bright colored lights following Love Koh Lipe and will come back again if there is a chance.

Nice Luxury Sea View Resort

Good signature view resort in Lipe, staff humble and friendly. Food & drinks are delicious room is clean & well designed. In the evening time most of people are busy on Sun set waiting it is a natural wonderfully even that make people are not appointment gathering here, I will come back here again.

Surreal view with relaxing vibe

We have enjoyed our stay. The ocean view room is priceless. The staff is very friendly and professional , food is delicious. I recommend booking the ocean view rooms with private pools. Trust me, they are worth every penny.
