PESIMO SERVICIO, MUY MALA COMIDA
1.0TODO ESTA PESIMO, realmente no hay mucho que valorar aquí, los postres no estaban tan mal, pero las manzanas con crema tenían la crema ya muy agria, me pareció que ya estaba descompuesta.
− Pésimo servicio, la hostes cometió un error y el mesero Antonio lo resolvió de pésimo gusto, me hicieron pasar un muuuuy mal momento, el mesero Jesús trató de arreglarlo y fue mas amable. La comida en el restaurante Tomates es bastante mala, pero no tienes muchas opciones para elegir.

2.0I have never felt so harassed by front desk staff in my life- this hotel is strictly a time share based hotel. The all inclusive is not included so beware you’ll have to pay more to get that package. When you get to the hotel the staff will harass you to attend there meetings, and if you don’t they will make you feel so uncomfortable your entire stay. The worst experience!
