9.0La ubicación es fantástica. No se puede pedir un mejor lugar para conocer Cabo San Lucas. Los condos son de muy buena calidad, amplios, conocer todas las comodidades. Digno de un hotel 5 estrellas. La seguridad es muy buena.

9.0Managed by a professional team. Made communication easy using WhatsApp. Gave orientation to the property and provided recommendations to restaurants. Property was beautiful, views were great. Location perfect. View from gym amazing. Security at night that verified my place of stay.
− The master washroom shower water preassure was low. The tiled floor in shower wasn't even, causing water to push under the glass door. The toilet was lifting off the floor from one side. The second washroom, water appeared from under the toilet seal after flushing.
If you don't want to drive and want a central location, the Paraiso residences is a good option
8.0The residence is downtown and next to the Marina. It is conveniently located above an elegant shopping mall that can be reached via elevator. The mall has a nice supermarket inside where you can find anything needed. The beautiful Medano Beach is just a 7 minutes walk away, with nice access next to The Shark Bar. Plenty of restaurants are nearby. Parking is also available at the residence but we did not need it as we had no car. The apt provided a much needed and convenient beach umbrella and beach chairs. Washer and drier were also inside the unit.
− Almost everything inside the apt was working well other than a water filter system in the kitchen and two bedside table lamps that provided very little light even after they were recharged. The suggestion is to replace them with better ones. Unfortunately, major construction was taking place below our windows to renovate the main plaza. Everyday a crew of 20-30 men was working from 8am and until 5pm, using also heavy jack hammers. This caused considerable noise and also lots of dust. As a heads-up: it looks like they will be working for a few more months there. Also, the Marina at night has plenty of night life and this was somehow noisy, with loud music until past 3am from the nearby Hard Rock Cafe. Luckily, the windows of the apt were solid and helped tone down the noise to a tolerable extent.

10.0Great location and very large apartment with all of the amenities we wanted like a washer and dryer, large bathrooms, and large rooftop deck overlooking the marina.
