10.0We rented this place for a week. We got a call couple days later hurricane coming so we have to move the furnitures inside ( extremely heavy) I said no send someone to move them. Call back to ask about hurricane policy her answer was you out of luck unless you had hurricane insurance ( first time for us beeing in a hurricane ) the woman should have explained before that august sept we get hurricane so please try to have insurance. We lost 3 days stuck home so that really sucked, we called cause someone took our parking . No problem park anywhere that was another issue too people don’t care and take people car spots . If we parked somewhere then we would have to pay for towing our car which lucky we stayed outside all day driving around as our spot was taken . They have to have better explanation with people for sure
