6.0The condition of the property can be described as dated, with flaws. Upon arrival we entered and found the floors very dusty in places, hair in the bathroom, the lamp on the nightstand broken around its base, the large back burner on the stove inoperable, and the fireplace remote could not be located. The BBQ flame panels are rusted through and operability sketchy. Needless to say, the place needs a thorough cleaning and a few things fixed to make it an enjoyable place to stay.

10.0The condo was well stocked and just like the pics it had a rustic vibe! We had a small glitch re info to check in but it was taken care of before the time we could check in . I would definitely recommend this condo to friends or family

6.0The area of Flagstaff was beautiful. The condo was quaint and comfortable. However, when we made our reservation the website stated there was a pull out sofa in the living room. Since we are two senior ladies we wanted our own sleeping space. When we arrived there was NOT a pull out sofa. We went to the local Walmart and purchased an air mattress. Two of the burners on the stores did not work. The ventilation in the bathroom is lacking. Other than these few things the condo is nice enough.

10.0Locations and scenic view was excellent. The roadway was confusing at first, because I had to show up very later the first day, due to time constraints. During the day, the instructions provided made good sense.
