10.0The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Within walking distance of lots of activities. The amenities of a gym, pool and hot tub were great for relaxing at the end of the day.

9.0AMAZING staff - they go above and beyond! The service was impeccable. It was such a treat to have the ski valet and have our skis/gear ready every morning....and to be steps away from the chair lift. The rooms are well appointed and cozy. Great gym and hot tub.
− We stayed in the Residences and we could hear the children in the adjacent rooms. The hotel could do a better job of sound proofing the rooms, especially since it's a family oriented hotel. The management did offer to change our room. The hotel restaurant had a friendly wait staff, however the food is mediocre.
