4.0No respetaron lo q reserve en la página y me hicieron perder alrededor de dos horas revisando el tema, para que al final no respetaran. Hoteles.com en conjunto con expidia no ayudan al cliente. En cuanto al lugar, está limpio, pero no tienen aire acondicionado, no hay Internet, el agua del lavabo sabe a sal, en la regadera solo cae un chorrito de agua. El acceso al lugar no cuenta con pavimento. La alberca está muy bien.
