10.0Habitaciones limpias, todo el lugar está limpio. De las personas que nos recibieron uno fue muy amable, un señor pero la señora que al día siguiente estuvo en recepción fue poco amable cuando le hice algunas preguntas. Es un lugar muy bonito, muy recomendable para las familias.

8.0Todo bien pero como que a las mujeres que trabajan ahí en recepción les hace falta más atención al cliente. No son amables pero tampoco groseras más bien no tienen el perfil para tratar turistas

8.0Se trata de un hotel temático el cual es bonito, agradable y cómodo Muy buena ubicación en el Pueblo Mágico y con estacionamiento Algunos detalles como cortinas q permiten la entrada de mucha luz y el restaurante cierra muy temprano, al menos en temporada baja Para familia muy buena opción y recomendable Preguntar x eventos navideños

6.0Llegué a las 11 de la noche y estaba cerrado, por más que toque no abrieron hasta después de media hora y con la ayuda de guardia civil pude ingresar. Se marcó a los teléfonos y no contestaron
