2.0The hotel is in need of maintenance and some TLC, the beds are as hard as rocks, because their standard rooms are full sun facing, they need to have black out curtains to keep the rooms cooler due to the climate. Also, the womean that checked us in over charged the total rate booked at and said "thats just how they get you to book, this is what we charge here". She double charged the tax rate, an additional $35. To top it off a dog walked right up to the pool and pee'd in it. That ended our swimming time. Oyr family came to soend the afternoon with us as the hotel was empty and I was charged $100 pesos per person despite buying food and drinks there. They did have one staff member that was helpful and very kind, he comes from La Paz everyday to work there. We are building in El Sargento, and come all the time while working on our place. But we will never stay here again and certainly will never recommend anyone stay here.

6.0The staff here are excellent. The pool and deck area are really nice. The jacuzzi was not heated. We think the owner needs to invest a bit for maintenance. The staff has to make excuses which we know wasn’t their fault. It still was a nice place to stay.
