10.0− Los 2 últimos días uno de los meseros olvidó acercar el café y las órdenes de los alimentos era con menos porcion de lo que se le requirió. Acerca de las reservas para el spa que se le pidió al personal de recepción no se reservaron porque llegando a las oficinas del spa, mencionar que no había nada reservado bajo mi nombre

8.0The breakfast was good quality for being included. The hotel room was very beautiful and serene. The touches were placed for my birthday which was thoughtful.
− They did tell us valet parking was included and charged us. Ultimately, the hotel credited the charge. The fireplace in the room did make us all smell of smoke as it did not ventilate properly. The items at the hotel were extremely expensive. The food experience was sub par as the wine wasn't explained or paired well with the food. The food was also repetitive. For the cost, it was not a chef experience.

10.0What isn’t there to love about Banyan Tree Veya?! It’s a stunning property with all the amenities one needs for a wonderful stay. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A special shoutout to Esteban, who simply goes above and beyond to ensure guests are well cared for. Another shoutout to Leticia from the spa for a wonderful experience. All dining options are a must, as is the Pictograma and Atalaya experience. This is by far our favorite hotel in VDG and we look forward to our next stay!!

10.0The property and the room were stunning. The staff was also very attentive and helpful. I felt very safe on the property as a solo female traveler. I would definitely stay here again.
