Wonderful building to stay in, just needed a few extra touches to improve the experience
9.0The location was excellent. The design of the hotel was stunning. The view from the rooftop swimming pool was great for sunbathing and the complementary hot ceynotes was an excellent touch. They also even provided me with a cake for my birthday.
− The service wasn’t too friendly. For the price it was difficult to get added extras in your room - for example I asked for a kettle, some moisturising lotion and some scissors and didn’t manage to get all 3 after asking a few times. Cappuccinos were also extra and the complementary breakfast was limited.

10.0The location, vibe, facilities and the staff. Everyone was really friendly and the cenote was such a great way to get into the vibe of the is hotel. It’s in a fantastic location within walking distance of everything you want. Couldn’t have been happier.
− The pool was closed for reno when we were there just our room at a hot tub on the roof so still a win :)
