− La atencion del cliente debe y puede mejorar bastante, salvo el personal que nos apoyo abriendo el estacionamiento y la señorita que nos atendió en el muelle. Los demás son bastante déspotas. La limpieza de las habitaciones es bastante deficiente. La habitación concentra mucha húmedad lo que hace imposible que se sequen las cosas e incluso puede albergar hongos.

− The prices are high compared to other similar locations in Bacalar. $300 pesos for a drink and food was also expensive. You need to review your prices to be more in tune with regular people, otherwise you might end up like Tulum!! Thanks
