10.0Siempre es y será mi mejor opción de alojamiento cuando viaje a Cancún. La gerencia a Cargo de Iliani 10/10. La atención del personal es maravillosa: un trato amoroso, cálido y siempre atentos a cualquier requerimiento. Las celebraciones de cumpleaños son y serán siempre las mejores en este lugar. La alimentación es deliciosa, la limpieza 10/10 y cada vez encuentro el hotel más bonito, organizado y especial. Es mi cuarta estancia en este hotel y nunca me cansaré de volver. Lo recomiendo 100%. Seguiré yendo una y mil veces. Más que un hotel, nuestro hogar lejos de casa.
