10.0Everything was absolutely incredible about this resort. Truly the first time I’ve been on vacation and it feels like vacation. You feel taken care of in every way and you feel completely relaxed. Everything is thought of and taken care of for you. From the poolside service (food, drinks, and even sunglasses cleaning) to a turndown service at night when chocolate is placed on your pillow and relaxation music is put on the tv. Everything is so clean and the staff is incredibly kind and will remember you and your drink orders! We were upgraded to a better room at no cost when we arrived and couldn’t stop raving about the resort the entire trip. There are events throughout the day and night so there is always something to do. I would come back here in a heart beat. We’re already talking about visiting again within the year! SO worth the price.
− Some things at restaurants were a hit or miss but mostly great! The seaweed is pretty rough on the beach in June though they do try to keep it clean. While we were there, we could only get in the water one day because of how much seaweed was in the water and shoreline.
