Cobro excesivo en mi reserva
2.0Todo se debe a un cobro en exceso que me hicieron en cada una de mis reservas y de las cuales el hotel no se responsabiliza y no es lo que mostraba en la aplicación así que me cobraron un hotel de 5 estrellas quedándome en uno de 3 estrellas si les pediría que revisen cobro que me hicieron de huésped adicional que no aplicaba ya que la reserva era para 2 adultos y 2 menores
