− Condo furniture wasn’t super comfortable. Unit didn’t have ice cube trays, had one tea towel. Listing said TP was included but was just a starter pack. I understood the water wasn’t potable but others said their units had potable water so not sure. No dishwasher but that was no big deal. Oven didn’t come on but there was a toaster oven.
We've already booked our stay for next year. Spacious, comfy and great location
9.0Location of the unit is wonderful. Right on the beach and easily walkable to Center of Town but far enough away to miss all the noise.
− Facilities in the actual unit are very basic. E.g. no dishwasher, you had to source your own potable water, the dishes/pots and pan are all fairly cheap. But everything was functional and no reason not to stay here.
Very comfortable stay in a beautiful, peaceful location.
10.0We have long loved Bucerias. We chose this condo because there were rooms for our daughter and grandsons. The condo was comfortable and mostly well furnished - some kitchen items were a little scarce - and had a spectacular view of the ocean. The pool was large, warm, and inviting, and the long, very walkable beach is great. Bucerias is filled with fun small restaurants and shops. The concierge was conscientious and helpful. Altogether a great stay. We are already talking about rebooking.
− The condo could use bigger garbage bags and instructions about what to do with garbage (we left it in tied bags, but would happily have taken it somewhere.) The coffee filters were the wrong size for the coffee pot. But these are VERY minor complaints. It was great.

− Shower was horrible. Not enough toilet paper. Nothing to cook with like salt pepper, oil, water, not enough towels for 6 people, very quiet and pool rules are extreme with no enjoyment allowed or music.
