10.0Las instalaciones super limpias y el personal super atento. Toda la comunicación es por whats app. La comida del restaurante es buena, pero los precios son altos. Al entrar al hotel tienes que dejar un deposito por garantía de 2500 pesos, eso no me gustó.
− No esperes un hotel grande, es un hotel muy pequeño. Nos toco una habitación en PB y al estar tan cerca del restaurante se escuchaba todo el ruido en la mañana y en la noche, sentí poca privacidad en la habitación. El servicio de masaje muy bueno, pero mucho ruido ya que el spa da a la calle y el espacio es muy pequeño, es un tapanco arriba de la recepción. El jacuzzi en la habitación o demasiado fría el agua o demasiado caliente. Creo que el precio por la estancia es alto, considerando estas condiciones.
Perfecto para desconectar, el personal es muy amable y el sitio es fabuloso.

− No se disfrutó la alberca porque por más que pedimos que la calentaran, sólo le quitaban lo helada y ni hablar del jacuzzi. El hotel es pequeño. Lindo pero sin grandes áreas y el precio es alto para lo que ofrecen.
