We had our wedding here about 2 weeks ago and it was an amazing experience. All of our guest raved on how much they loved the resort and many have not traveled to a resort before and other said it was the best resort they have ever came to. The staff was so attentive and Susan an the omelet station always had the biggest smile on her face. We loved our stay and wedding! Thanks Dreams!

It was a very nice time, Karla was very kind and was a wonderful host for karaoke. She also ran the tour to the turtle sanctuary and was very helpful. Isaac and Hernan over at the premiere lounge pool have also been so wonderful this trip. They all definitely made my stay here much more enjoyable.

Beach is beautiful, resort itself is beautiful. Preferred is not worth the money here. Food was decent.

Swim out pool was fantastic. Seeing the dolphins right off the beach.

− Preferred club check in was a joke, staff were rude. Took over an hour to check in. As a preferred member we didn’t get to reserve times for dinner so there was always a mad dash to get in anywhere. Didn’t love the cruise ships brining their guests to the hotel it made it over busy and crazy.
