6.0Lo que no me.gustó fue que se hizo una reservacion para 4 adultos y 01 menor y al llegar a las instalaciones nos informan que solo pueden entrar 3 adultos y el menor, que se debe pagar 600 x noche por la persona extra, procedo a levantar una queja por el.chat de Expedia, en el hotel nos indican que la app pone esa informacion para vender mas y nos piden cancelar y ellos ahi nos respetan el mismo.precio. Despues de.levantar la queja nos indican que nos.cobrarian solo 300 por persona.extra y por noche, el personal de.Expedia, se pone en contacto con el hotel y despues de mas de una hora, nos aceptan la reservacion que teniamos.
