− As we were checking in Dallas, the property manager treated us with the most disrespect. He made us feel like we were trailer trash. Not very well perceived! We have been coming here for the past two years and have never had a problem ever. But the old saying first impression makes a lasting impression. Well he sure ruined it . He is not a people person or Customer oriented. He was very rude and angry. We wanted to rent a boat, but they said we had to go through Dallas so we chose not to do that. Customer service is so important. He is slacking in every way all I can say is the crew that he has working for him is the only reason that we stayed. They made us feel comfortable.
The experience was worth it!
10.0A very different experience with the kids—they loved it. At the end, you have to wash all the dishes and gather the trash. Bring insect repellent. I highly recommend spending one night there for the unique experience of sleeping on a houseboat.

10.0Adorable, pristine houseboat on a lovely lake. Everything was immaculate and the mattress was very comfortable. Staff goes above and beyond. Lovely pool on the property, and should you wish to take out a boat or kayak, it’s all right here. Absolutely loved our stay😁

8.0Dallas is fantastic and the location couldn't be better!!
− The smell of nasty sargassum ( not their fault) made it impossible to enjoy the boat deck. Also, next time I'll request to stay away from the pool side due to noise.
