2.0The manager was super nice and tried to be helpful, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was a major disappointment. The building is old, dark, and has a strong unpleasant smell throughout. Worst of all, when I arrived, they didn’t have my reservation—even though I had booked in advance through Expedia. I was left scrambling to find a different hotel at the last minute. This experience was stressful and unacceptable. I’m requesting a full refund from Expedia due to the inconvenience and the fact that the reservation I paid for was not honored.

4.0The front desk is only open certain hours and not at all on Sunday. The desk was closed at 10:00pm on Friday night, room was not clean, waited to get it cleaned, the bathroom was absolutely nasty, dead roaches behind the toilet, the shower had not been cleaned in a long time, the shower curtain was disgusting and the carpet came out of the Ark. This is room 201 anyway.

We left after 3 hours.
2.0Do not stay here. This is a motel that has declined to a point of no return. Only $10 million in repairs and updates could save this property. No security into the lobby and rooms. We had go buy our own soap.
