− I booked a room with two queen beds. I was traveling with my 17-year-old son. They changed it to one king bed with a pullout couch. Said they upgraded me. That's not an upgrade when I specifically asked for two queen beds. When I called down, they weren't very helpful and did nothing for me. Said they would not give me any credit because I booked through bookings.com and I wasn't a Hilton Honors so could not give me any points

− There was a $50 damage fee assess to my card the minute I paid. So the $152 total from booking should have actually been $202. It is refunded if you do no damage but I was not aware of it at all until I saw the total on the register. Some folks have limited funds on their cards, this should part of the final total on booking, with notation that it is refunded if no damage occurs.
