− Outside dirty debris and trash cans overflowing with trash. Bathroom was the size of a linen closet The hotels dryer was broke and our family of four used our beach towels and went to the laundry mat to do our own laundry.

− We found bugs in the floor, under our luggage, and under the couch.

The AC is very loud and the noise from other guests outside at the pool late at night kept me up.

8.0I’ll stay there again. Clean, quiet, quaint, basically on the beach. On the main strip. Ocean view every rooms front door. Nice pool. Nice staff. Great parking. Very good communication with mgt.

2.0There was black mold in my room, pillows smelled like the person that stayed there before. Definitely do not get a studio because it was the smallest place I’ve ever been in. I booked it because it was cheap and at a very good location which I’ll give it that but I should’ve listened to the reviews because most of them were right. Just spend a few more dollars somewhere else
