10.0The Louis Hotel was truly a lovely experience. After some miscommunication on my end, the staff was more than able to accommodate on my end and I am grateful for their patience and kindness. Not to mention, I loved how the hotel was so connected to the small town. The hotel rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. It was a little difficult to figure out the thermostat, but after awhile we got it to where we need to be. Only thing is having a fridge would be great. The icebox we did have wasn’t cold, but it’s ok because the evening and morning food service were wonderful!! Thank you to thw staff for EVERYTHING! Can’t wait to visit Wilson again!
